Bloomington-Normal Public Transit System's Universal Access Program provides unlimited rides on the B-NTPS fixed routes to participants of the program. Persons simply show their organizations ID.

• Illinois State University- Students, Faculty and Staff
• Lincoln College- Students only
• State Farm- Employees (must obtain a special ID from State Farm Security)
